1/2 cVegetable Broth

2 tspSesame Oil

1 TbspGinger Root, minced

3Garlic Cloves, minced

1 cChopped Broccoli - can use fozen

1 cCarrots, diced - can use frozen

1 cCelery, sliced diagonally

1 1/2 cBean Sprouts

1 cMushrooms, sliced - I use canned

4 cRice, cooked - I use Minute Rice

1egg, beaten
-
6bok choy -- about 6 stalks chopped

1 cansmall can if baby peas
How To Make veggie fried rice recipe

1In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and broth. Heat oil until hot in a wok. Add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and carrots, bol choy, and continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the celery and stir-fry for 5 minutes, then add the peas, sprouts and mushrooms for another 1 minute. Add the rice and and beaten egg, continue to stir-fry until the rice is thoroughly heated.
