The first time I had this I was at a church dinner and a little 88 year old lady asked me to taste it. I have loved it every since lol. It is great for a Summer side.

Ingredients For veggie crunch

1 cannavy beans or other beans

1 canfrench style green beans

1 canwhite shoepeg corn

1 cchopped bell pepper

1 cchopped red onion
-
1 jarpimentos
-
1 cangreen chilies (optional)

1/4 colive oil
-
1/2 ccider vinegar
-
2/3 csugar
-
salt
-
pepper
How To Make veggie crunch

1Mix all veggies together after draining and rinsing.

2Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and seasonings. Pour over the vegetable mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste, sometimes I add a little garlic.

3Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Enjoy! I like using northern white beans instead of navy beans. You can actually use any type.
