Ingredients For veggie cakes

    shredded potatoes
  • 1 c
    shredded carrots
  • 1 c
    shredded zucchini
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs

How To Make veggie cakes

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Combine all ingredients.
  • 3
    Form into flat patties and place on baking sheet.
  • 4
    Bake 10 minutes, flip patties and bake 10 minutes more.
