3heads broccoli, chopped into flowerets

1 mdsweet onion, cut into 1" squares

1orange bell pepper, cut into 1" squares

8 ozwhite mushrooms, cut into quarters

2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
2 Tbsprice vinegar
-
2 Tbsprice wine
-
1 tspsriracha hot sauce, optional

2 Tbspsesame oil
-
3 clovegarlic, minced, peeled, and grated
-
2 tspfresh ginger, grated
-
salt, to taste

sliced green onions, optional
-
sesame seeds, optionial
How To Make vegetable stir fry

1Combine the broccoli, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms in large container.

2Put all the sauce ingredients into small container: rice wine, rice vinegar, and soy sauce and the Sriracha hot sauce if using.

3Combine the garlic and ginger together.

4Heat oil in a wok to a high heat. Add all the veggies and stir fry for 6-8 minutes until they are turning brown on the edges and are the right tenderness.

5Add the garlic and ginger and stir fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the sauce ingredients, Turn off the heat and let cook another couple of minutes.

6Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions just before your serve.
