1/4 lgred onion, sliced

1/2 lgred pepper, seeded and sliced

1/2 lgorange pepper, seeded and sliced

1 mdzucchini, sliced

5-6 mdmushrooms, washed and sliced

freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)

2 Tbspsesame seeds, or to taste
How To Make vegetable medley

1In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add red and yellow peppers and cook for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and zucchini; season with pepper. Sauté until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
