Ingredients For vegetable medley

  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 lg
    red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 lg
    red pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1/2 lg
    orange pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 md
    zucchini, sliced
  • 5-6 md
    mushrooms, washed and sliced
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame seeds, or to taste

How To Make vegetable medley

  • 1
    In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add red and yellow peppers and cook for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and zucchini; season with pepper. Sauté until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
