Ingredients For vegetable casserole

  • 1 can
    veg-all (large cans or 2 small cans)
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can
    sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1
    ritz crackers (sleeve)
  • 1/2 stick
    oleo

How To Make vegetable casserole

  • 1
    Mix first 5 ingredients (Veg-All, chopped onion, Mayonnaise, grated cheese, water chestnuts). Place in buttered 8x8 casserole dish.

    Melt Oleo, mix with crushed Ritz Crackers. Put cracker mixture on top.

    Bake at 350F until bubbly, about 25 to 30 minutes.
