Certainly not a health food casserole, by oh my is it sooo good.

Ingredients For vegetable casserole

  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 2 can
    shoe peg corn, drained
  • 1/2 c
    finely diced onion
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pimento
  • 1 c
    grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 can
    french style green beans, drained
  • TOPPING
  • 1
    stick of butter, melted
  • 1
    sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 c
    slivered almonds, toasted

How To Make vegetable casserole

  • 1
    Mix drained corn and green beans and place in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over vegetables.

    Sprinkle crushed crackers over the top of the casserole and then drizzle with butter.

    Bake at 375-degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle almonds over casserole. Reduce heat to 300-degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
