Ingredients For tuna and veggie wrap

12 ozcan tuna in water, well drained

2 Tbspmayonnaise, fat-free

1/2a finely chopped red onion
-
1/2a finely zested lemon
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
7 ozbaby spinach leaves, stems removed

1 lggrated carrot
-
2 mddiced tomatoes
-
8 lgtortillas or bread wraps
How To Make tuna and veggie wrap

1Combine tuna, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and zest in a bowl. Mix well ,until blended

2Put a good amount of the spinach leaves, some carrot and tomato pieces in the center of each tortilla or wrap. Place equal amount of tuna mixture on top. Fold in edges and cut in half and place on plate. use string or toothpicks to hold together.
