I love tortilla rollups and have eaten many different varieties. When coming up with recipes for my daughter's bridal shower, I wanted to be sure to have some meatless options for any guests who don't eat meat, so this is how I made the tortilla rollups for her shower - they were a big hit ith everyone!

Ingredients For tortilla rollups

1 pkglarge burrito style tortillas

1 - 8 ozpkg. cream cheese

1 csour cream

1 cgrated cheddar cheese, sharp or mild, your choice

1 can(small) chopped green chiles
-
1 pkgdry ranch dressing/dip mix

1chopped green onion, optional
How To Make tortilla rollups

1Mix all ingredients together except the tortillas. Divide evenly among the tortillas and spread mixture over each tortilla. Roll the tortillas up and cut into one inch slices. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve! You can serve these alone or with some salsa for dipping.
