This is simple yet so delicious. You make your own vinaigrette. Better than bottled in my opinion. Hope you enjoy this!!

Ingredients For tomato slices with basil-honey vinaigrette

  • 3-4 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    tightly packed finely chopped fresh basil

How To Make tomato slices with basil-honey vinaigrette

    To make the vinaigrette, in a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey and salt. Add the olive oil and basil and whisk to blend well. Taste and adjust the seasonings as you wish.

    Slice the tomatoes straight across into several slices and arrange on a platter.

    Drizzle the vinaigrette over the tomatoes and serve.
