Ingredients For tomato pie

1pillsbury pie crust

2 lgtomatoes, sliced

8thin slices of mozzarella cheese

olive oil
-
salt, pepper & oregano for taste
How To Make tomato pie

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Spread pie crust out on pizza pan. Layer tomatoes and cheese about one inch in on pie crust. Coat with olive oil and spices. Fold up edges of pie crust and coat with olive oil.

3Bake until golden brown.
