Ingredients For tomato pie

1 pkgpre-baked pie shell
-
4 mdtomatoes peeled, sliced, drained

10fresh basil leaves, chopped

1/4 cchopped onion
-
1 cshredded mozarella cheese
-
1 cmayonnaise
-
1/4 cparmesan cheese
-
salt & pepper
How To Make tomato pie

1Bake pie shell.

2Peel and slice tomatoes. Drain in colander for 10 minutes.

3Layer tomatoes, basil and onion in pre-baked pie shell. Season with salt and pepper.

4Combine mayonnaise and mozarella and parmesan cheeses. Spread over tomatoes.

5Bake at 350 degrees until browned 30-35 minutes.
