I wanted to make a quick summer salad for a luncheon. It was a success. There was nothing left but the empty bowl.

Ingredients For tomato cucmber salad

  • 1
    cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 c
    cherry tomatoes
  • 1 slice
    vidalia onion, cut into strips
  • 1/2 pkg
    feta cheese, crumbled
  • italian dressing
  • 2-3 dash
    salt and pepper

How To Make tomato cucmber salad

  • 1
    Slice the cucumber into thin slices. (peel it if you prefer.) Place into a medium bowl.

    Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the onion slice into quarters, then eighths. Separate the onion into strips. Add the tomatoes and onion to the cucumber.

    Crumble the feta over the veggies. Splash with Italian dressing. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir to coat the veggies with the dressing. Chill for one hour.
