I wanted to make a quick summer salad for a luncheon. It was a success. There was nothing left but the empty bowl.

Ingredients For tomato cucmber salad

1cucumber, thinly sliced

1 ccherry tomatoes

1 slicevidalia onion, cut into strips

1/2 pkgfeta cheese, crumbled

italian dressing
-
2-3 dashsalt and pepper
How To Make tomato cucmber salad

1Slice the cucumber into thin slices. (peel it if you prefer.) Place into a medium bowl.

2Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the onion slice into quarters, then eighths. Separate the onion into strips. Add the tomatoes and onion to the cucumber.

3Crumble the feta over the veggies. Splash with Italian dressing. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir to coat the veggies with the dressing. Chill for one hour.
