Ingredients For tomato bread pudding casserole

  • 1/2
    stick of butter
  • 2/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 c
    cubed soft bread crumbs
  • 10 1/2 oz
    can of tomato puree
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make tomato bread pudding casserole

  • 1
    Melt butter; pour over bread and toss. Heat the tomato puree, water, salt and brown sugar. Simmer 5 minutes, then pour over bread cubes. Toss. Bake in a 1 1/2 - quart covered casserole for 45 minutes.
