If you like greens, you are going to make this over and over. I had this at a party in Atlanta that was catered and it was served with filet mignon. I hope you try it. Soooooo good.

Ingredients For tomato and greens casserole

4 ccooked and drained collards or other greens

3-4large ripe tomatoes

16 ozshredded parmesan cheese

1 1/2 cpanko

3/4 stickbutter
How To Make tomato and greens casserole

1Spray a medium casserole dish with cooking spray and layer collards, sliced tomatoes and parmesan cheese in 3 layers ending with tomatoes and parmesean cheese.

2Saute panko in the butter and put on top of the casserole.

3Bake for 25 mins at 350.
