three bean salad
I like to make this during the hot summer days. I love veggies but sometimes its just to hot..( for example it was 113 here and today doesn't feel any cooler). I like my brine a bit tart, but if you feel its to much reduce the vinegar down to 1 cup.

Ingredients For three bean salad

4 cancut green beans

2 canred kidney beans

1 canchick peas

1 1/3 capple cider vinergar

3/4 csugar
-
32 ozwater
-
1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper (white or black)

1 mdred onion, chopped

1 mdgreen bell pepper chopped
How To Make three bean salad

1Open and drain liquid from all cans. Put into a large bowl or covered container.

2Add Chopped onion and bell pepper

3Add in sugar , salt , pepper and vinegar. Stir.

4Add in water, stir until sugar is dissolved.

5Chill several hours
