Thats what my family calls it at our house. Leave the head whole for a beautiful presentation.simple and delish, I like that!

Ingredients For "company cauiflower"

  • 1 lg
    cauilflower
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise, ( i use best foods)
  • 1 tsp
    country dijon mustard, or to taste
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make "company cauiflower"

    Trim and clean cauiflower, leaving head whole. Steam cauilflower until tender ( I steam in the microwave with 1 tbsp. water, covered about 10 minutes) Drain.

    Mix mayonnaise and mustard, making sure its the country style, dijon. Pour over head of cauiflower and top with cheddar cheese, place in micowave for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes to heat sauce and melt cheese. Serve whole on a plate, with a bed of parsley. oxoxo
