Ingredients For the bomb--spinach casserole

  • 2 pkg
    (10 oz. ea.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 pkg
    (16 oz.) cottage cheese
  • 1 lb
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c
    romano cheese
  • onion or green onions, sauteed in butter
  • 1 pinch
    dried oregano
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 3/4 c
    buttered bread crumbs for topping

How To Make the bomb--spinach casserole

    In a large bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients together and then place in a buttered 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with bread crumbs.

    Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately and enjoy!
