6 ozgreen beans, cut into 3-inch lengths (2/3 cup)

2/3 cvegetable stock

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1/3 ctoasted cashews, to garnish
How To Make thai-stylegreen beans and cauliflower with cashews

1Heat both the oils in a wok and stir-fry the onion and garlic until softened. Add the curry paste and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

2Add the cauliflower and beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes , until softened. Pour in the stock and soy sauce and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.

3Serve immediately, garnished with the cashews.
