1/4 csoy sauce

1 cwater

1 tspginger minced

3 clovegarlic minced

6 Tbsppacked brown sugar

- VEGGIES

2 Tbspolive oil

8 ozmushrooms sliced

1 mdonion chopped

1 mdcarrot thinly sliced

1 smyellow squash peeled and chopped

1 smzucchini squash

cilantro for garnish
How To Make teriyaki stir fried veggies

1For the sauce place all the ingredients for sauce except cornstarch and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch and 1/4 cup water together and stir in the boiling sauce until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

2Place the olive oil in large skillet. Get the oil hot and add the veggies and garlic. Stir fry until veggies are starting to brown. Pour the Teriyaki sauce over veggies and cook 1 minute.

3Serve garnished with cilantro
