Ingredients For teriyaki stir fried veggies

  • TERIYAKI SAUCE
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    ginger minced
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 6 Tbsp
    packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • VEGGIES
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 8 oz
    mushrooms sliced
  • 1 md
    onion chopped
  • 1 md
    carrot thinly sliced
  • 1 sm
    yellow squash peeled and chopped
  • 1 sm
    zucchini squash
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • cilantro for garnish

How To Make teriyaki stir fried veggies

    For the sauce place all the ingredients for sauce except cornstarch and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch and 1/4 cup water together and stir in the boiling sauce until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Place the olive oil in large skillet. Get the oil hot and add the veggies and garlic. Stir fry until veggies are starting to brown. Pour the Teriyaki sauce over veggies and cook 1 minute.

    Serve garnished with cilantro
