Delicious. If you can't find the Mccormicks 7 spice marinade use any Teriyaki marinade.

Ingredients For teriyaki cauliflower steaks with gremolata

  • 2
    heads cauliflower
  • 5 oz
    package grill mates 7 spice teriyaki marinade
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon zest
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped basil

How To Make teriyaki cauliflower steaks with gremolata

    Cut 4 cauliflower steaks from the middle of the heads of cauliflower. About 1/2 inch slices. Lay the cauliflower steaks in a baking dish and squeeze the Teriyaki marinade over top. Rub the marinade over the cauliflower and set aside at room temp to marinate.

    In a small bowl mix the olive oil, brown sugar, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice, cilantro and basil. Mix well and set aside.

    Get a grill hot. Place the cauliflower on the grill and baste with the marinade. Grill for about 4 minutes each side until the caulliflower is firm and soft when putting a fork through.

    Serve with the gremolata
