Ingredients For teriyaki asparagus and mushroom stir fry

  • 2 bunch
    asparagus trimmed and cut in half
  • 8 oz
    fresh mushrooms chopped
  • 1 lg
    shallot chopped
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2 c
    teriyaki sauce
  • toasted sesame seeds

How To Make teriyaki asparagus and mushroom stir fry

  • 1
    Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the asparagus, mushrooms and shallot. Sprinkle a little salt over and stir fry until mushrooms have released their water and browned a bit. Add the garlic and stir fry 30 more seconds. Stir in the Teriyaki sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve
