Due to my medical needs I have to eat a lot of Asian Mushrooms. They are extremely good for inflammation and in an effort to add variety I have been messing around with ingredients. This one is a winner and so I decided to share it. Hope you like it and feel free to expand on it!

How To Make ted's asian mushrooms
-
1Heat skillet to medium heat, add olive oil and then add cut mushrooms that have been rinsed clean. (Asian Mushrooms are high in flavanoids and key ingredients for inflammation useful in arthritis, migraine headaches, and in my case Fibromyalgia.)

2Once you have the mushrooms in the hot pan add all other ingredients and simmer for about 7 to 10 minutes on medium low heat. Then remove and serve hot! You can also add almonds or other vegetables to vary the dish. Enjoy!
