Ingredients For tanquilla cool and creamy dip

2avocados

3 Tbspfresh lemon juice

1 Tbsponion (grated)

1 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbsptequila (see i do know how to spell it)

1/3tomato (chopped)

fresh cilantro (minced)

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
How To Make tanquilla cool and creamy dip

1Slice the avocados, remove seed and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. In a small bowl, mash the avocados. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the top of the avocado to retard discoloration.

2Add olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and tequila, mix well.

3Add the tomato and cilantro, stir and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
