Ingredients For tanquilla cool and creamy dip

  • 2
    avocados
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion (grated)
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    tequila (see i do know how to spell it)
  • 1/3
    tomato (chopped)
  • fresh cilantro (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce

How To Make tanquilla cool and creamy dip

  • 1
    Slice the avocados, remove seed and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. In a small bowl, mash the avocados. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the top of the avocado to retard discoloration.

    Add olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and tequila, mix well.

    Add the tomato and cilantro, stir and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
