There are lots of versions of green beans with bacon and onions. I like this one at times because it has a bit of a tangy bite. It's a nice complement for mild entrees.

  • 2 (16 oz) can
    green beans, drained
  • 4 slice
    bacon, chopped
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    vinegar

How To Make tangy green beans

    Saute bacon and onion in skillet until the onions are translucent and the bacon is browned.

    Add green beans and vinegar and heat thoroughly.

    Stir well and serve hot.
