Ingredients For tangy carrot salad

  • 2 lbs. carrots
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. dried cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

How To Make tangy carrot salad

    Shred or grate carrots. Mix with remaining ingredients. Chill overnight.
