Ingredients For taco salad

  • 1-3 lb
    meat, ground beef, chicken or turkey
  • 1-4 md
    tomatoes
  • 1-3 pkg
    lettuce
  • 1 md
    onions
  • 1 md
    cucumbers
  • 1 can
    black olives
  • 1 pkg
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1-3 bottle
    catalina dressing
  • 1 lg
    cheese doritos
  • 1-3 pkg
    taco seasoning mix

How To Make taco salad

  • 1
    cook meat until done. drain and then add seasoning as directed. let meat simmer in sauce.

    while meat is cooking and simmering, cut vegetables as a salad, add olives and cheese. In a large serving dish. refrigerate meat and salad.

    After meat cools add to salad.

    This is important just before serving crush doritos add to salad and meat mixture, then add dressing. Mix it well...Eat it up and enjoy! U can add or subtract vegetables as desired!!
