Ingredients For tabbouleh salad

  • 1 c
    cooked cous cous
  • 1 c
    fresh diced tomatoes
  • 1 c
    diced cucumbers
  • 1 c
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 c
    garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 3/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    dry mint
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make tabbouleh salad

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Refrigerate for two hours or overnight.
