I was skeptical when i saw this, but made it anyway. It was a big hit. I made mine in individual casserole dishes for ease of serving and presentation purposes. It's very kid friendly and easy to make.

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1/3 csour cream

1/4 tspblack pepper

1 pkgvegetable combination, frozen (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots)

1 canfrench fried onions (2.8oz)

1/2 canswiss cheese, shredded
How To Make swiss veggie casserole

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Combine soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables, 2/3 cup french fried onions and 1/4 cup cheese in a 2-quart casserole dish.

3Cover and bake for about 40 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

4Stir vegetables and top with remaining onions and cheese.

5Let rest for about 5 minutes and serve hot.
