1 ccider vinegar (5% acidity)

1-2 Tbspsalt

7 ccucumber, unpeeled, thinly sliced (about 2 1/4 pounds)

1 conion, sliced

1 cgreen bell pepper, sliced

1 ccarrots, sliced

1 ccauliflower flowerets
How To Make sweet 'n' sour veggies

1Combine sugar, cider vinegar, and salt in a large nonmetal container, stirring until the sugar and salt dissolve.

2Add the cucumber and the remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine.

3Cover and chill 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Store in refrigerator. Serve with a slotted spoon.
