3 Tbsp

butter
1/2 tsp

salt
3 Tbsp

vinegar
1 Tbsp

honey

canned beets, drained and diced

Saute onions in butter. Add salt, vinegar and honey. Stir while cooking until hot. Add beets and heat throufh. Makes about 4 servings.
