    carrots, sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 c
    catalina dressing
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 stick
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley

How To Make sweet glazed carrots

  • 1
    Cook carrots in boiling water in medium saucepan, until crisp tender; drain. Return to saucepan. Add dressing, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, stir until evenly coated. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until sugar is completely melted and carrots are coated with the glaze, stirring often. Stir in parsley. Makes 8 servings.
