Ingredients For sweet corn kakiage

2ears sweet corn

1 ccake flour

3/4 cice cold club soda

kewpie mayonnaise

oil for deep frying
How To Make sweet corn kakiage

1Blanch the corn in salted boiling water for 1 minute. Remove and let cool. Cut the kernels off the cob. Mix the cake flour with the club soda.

2Heat oil to 350 degrees. Mix the corn kernels into the cake flour club soda mixture. With a metal spoon let the mixture roll off into the hot oil. Let cook 3 to 4 minutes.

3Drain on paper towel. Serve with Japanese Kewpie Mayo
