This has been a recipe that I have been working on for a long time. My hubby likes sweet cornbread and I have been trying to adjust this to his taste. He thinks this is now just right.

1 boxjiffy cornbread mix

1/2 boxjiffy white cake mix

2eggs, slightly beaten

1 cancream corn

1 canwhole corn, drained

1 stickbutter, melted

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 clight sour cream
How To Make sweet corn cassarole

1Preheat oven to 350. Spray a deep oval cassarole with cooking spray. Quickly mix all ingredients and pour into cassarole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hour or until center springs back when touched and toothpick comes out clean. You're looking for a golden brown crust. This is a wonderful side dish for potlucks and family gatherings.
