Ingredients For sweet and spicy cauliflower

2 ccauliflower florets

2 Tbspolive oil

1/2 cshallots diced

4 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspsriracha sauce

2 Tbspketchup

1 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspmaple syrup

1 Tbspcornstarch

1/2 cwater

chopped scallions for garnish
How To Make sweet and spicy cauliflower

1Add 4 cups of water to a large pot. Bring to a boil add some salt and the cauliflower florets Cook until fork tender about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2In a large skillet add the oil. Once hot add the shallots and garlic cook until shallots are translucent.. Lower the heat and add the sriracha sauce, ketchup, soy sauce and maple syrup. Cook 1 minutes.

3Stir the cornstarch into the water. Pour it into the sauce and cook until thickened. Add the florets and green onion. Cook until warmed through. Serve
