How To Make summer squash cassarole

1Slice 4 large yellow summer squash, chop onion, celery and pepper. Lemon juice for seasoning or salt and pepper,

3Place cooked vegetables in a large bowl, mix in oatmeal, mayo, egg

4Preheat oven to 350o Oil a pyrex dish square or rectangular. Spoon in mixture, top with cheddar cheese. Optional layering cheese through the dish and on top. Place toothpicks in top to hold up Cover of aluminum foil. bake at 350o for 45 minutes.
