Ingredients For sugar snap peas, with sun dried tomato

1/2medium onion, chopped

1/2green pepper, chopped

juice of 1 lime
-
1 csugar snap peas (not pea pods)

1 cbaby carrots
-
lemon pepper seasoning
-
1/4 tspdry mustard
-
1/4 tspground savory
-
1 tspground ginger
-
8-10whole cloves
-
1 tspsalt
-
pepper
-
1/3 csun dried tomatoes, soaked for 10 minutes

1 cchicken broth
-
1/2 cred wine
-
1/2 cbalsamic vinegar
-
1 Tbspminced garlic
-
1 1/2 csliced fresh mushrooms

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make sugar snap peas, with sun dried tomato
-
1Put olive oil in hot pan with the whole cloves and some lemon pepper seasoning.

2Add green peppers, onions and garlic.

3Cook until onions are translucent then add mushrooms, salt and a little more lemon pepper seasoning.

4Add the wine and simmer for about 1 minute.

5Add balsamic vinegar, savory, mustard, tomatoes, snap peas and carrots.

6Add chicken broth and ginger, and simmer for about 5 more minutes.

7Remove veggies from broth and put in serving bowl.

8Simmer broth down to about 1/2 the volume and then add to the veggies.

9Squeeze juice of 1 lime over veggies before serving.
