Ingredients For stuffed zucchini

4zucchini

1 cdiced onion

1/2 cdiced carrot

1/2 cdiced red pepper or any pepper

1 cdiced muchrooms
-
1minced garlic clove
-
1 cantomato sauce
-
1/2 cmozzerella cheese
-
1 cbread crumbs
How To Make stuffed zucchini

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice zucchini lengthwise and scoop out seeds.

2Place zucchini seeds and flesh in a bowl with garlic,onion,carrot,redpepper,muchroom,bread crumbs .

3Stuff zucchini shells with the mixture and put them on a greased baking pan.

4Pour tomato sauce over zucchini and cover pan with foil. Bake 45 minutes till soft. Sprinkle with mozzerela cheese and bake till cheese is melted.
