My Mom's best friend made these stuffed shrooms years ago for a gathering and I fell in love and had to have the recipe, much to my suprise, they are super easy as well as delish!!

Ingredients For stuffed shrooms

  • 1 pkg
    whole button white mushrooms (cleaned and stems removed)
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese (room temp)
  • 1 pkg
    bacon
  • 1 tsp
    seasoning salt
  • 3 stick
    green onions, chopped up

How To Make stuffed shrooms

  • 1
    preheat oven to 375*. Dice up bacon and cook until crispy and drain all but 2 Tblsp of bacon grease. Mix crumbled bacon, bacon grease, cream cheese, salt and green onion together well in a bowl. Fill the inside of the mushrooms and place in a casserole dish. (stuffing side up)

    Bake for 20 minutes, the top will be slightly brown.
