Ingredients For stuffed baked tomatoes

4plum tomatoes

3 ozshredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cchopped basil

1 clovegarlic,minced

1 pinchsalt and pepper
How To Make stuffed baked tomatoes

1Heat oven to 400. Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out insides of each tomato, roughly chop pulp. Combine pulp, cheese, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.

2Place tomato shells cut side up on baking sheet that has been sprayed. Spoon tomato pulp mix into shells, bake 10 minutes.
