How To Make stir fry veggie medley

1Heat the oil in a deep sided non stick sauté pan over medium heat. Cook the carrots for 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the remaining vegetables, lemon juice and soy sauce. Stir and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until desired tenderness. Sprinkle the seasoning and mix in throroughly. Serve immediately.
