I made these one day while trying to imitate those green beans you get at the locla chinese restaurants in town. I came up with a version that I think was way better and had more flavor!

2 lbs lbgreen beans

1 Tbsptoasted sesame oil

2 Tbspsoy sauce, low sodium

How To Make stir-fried green beans!

1Wash and clean your beans thoroughly. Then snap off the ends and try to leave them whole.

2In a large sauce pen, put your green beans in and cover with water, add salt and bring to a rolling boil for about 5-7 minutes. Drain green beans in a colander, shake off all excess water.

3Heat your canola oil and add the beans to the pan. Turn the heat to medium high. Stir frequently, add soy sauce, sesame oil and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about another 5 minutes until you start to get some color on them. Turn off the heat. Serve and enjoy!
