Ingredients For stir fried asparagus

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1/8 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1 1/2 lb
    fresh aspargus, trimmed and cut in 2 inch slices, about 4 cups
  • 1 tsp
    chicken bouillon
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce

How To Make stir fried asparagus

  • 1
    In large skillet, melt butter. Add bouillon, celery salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add asparagus and toss to coat. Cover and cook 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in soy sauce and serve immediately.
