Ingredients For steamed veggies with herbed cheese

1 ccarrots, sliced and halved

1 cbroccoli florets

1 ccauliflower florets
-
1 czucchini, sliced and halved
-
1 cyellow squash, sliced and halved

1/4 tspsalt

2 ozmozzarella cheese, grated

2 ozcheddar cheese, grated

2 ozparmesan cheese, grated

2 Tbspfresh basil, finely chopped
-
1 1/2 tspfresh rosemary, finely chopped
How To Make steamed veggies with herbed cheese

1Preheat broiler.

2In a large pot over medium-high heat, steam carrots, covered, 5 minutes. Add remaining vegetables. Sprinkle salt over all, cover and steam 10 minutes more. Drain vegetables and blot dry on paper towels. Arrange on an ovenproof plate. Set aside.

3In a small bowl, combine cheese and herbs. Add to vegetable mixture and toss to mix well. Broil until cheese is bubbly.

4Serve immediately.
