Ingredients For squaw corn

  • 4 slice
    bacon,cut widthwise into 1"pieces.
  • 4
    extra large eggs
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 can
    (15oz) cream style corn

How To Make squaw corn

    In a medium,heavy-bottomed skillet,fry the bacon over heat until crisp.
  • 2
    Meanwhile,in a medium mixing bowl,place the eggs and salt;using an electric mixer,beat well. Add the corn to the egg mixture;using a spoon,stir and fold to combine. When the bacon is crisp,add the coirn mixture to the skillet. Using a small spatula,turn the mixture intermittently until the eggs are cooked.(about 10 Minutes)
