2 mdyellow squash, unpeeled & sliced

1 lgzucchini, unpeeled & sliced

1 lgtomato, cut into small wedges

1/2 tspdried onion flakes

1garlic clove, minced

salt to taste

freshly ground black pepper to taste

2 Tbspbutter
How To Make squash skillet

1Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet, turning skillet to coat well.

2Add the yellow squash, zucchini, onion flakes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Saute, stirring constantly, 3 to 4 minutes or until zucchini are crisp tender. Add the tomato wedges, cover and cook until the squash are of desired tenderness.
