Ingredients For squash skillet

  • 2 md
    yellow squash, unpeeled & sliced
  • 1 lg
    zucchini, unpeeled & sliced
  • 1 lg
    tomato, cut into small wedges
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried onion flakes
  • 1
    garlic clove, minced
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make squash skillet

  • 1
    Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet, turning skillet to coat well.
  • 2
    Add the yellow squash, zucchini, onion flakes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Saute, stirring constantly, 3 to 4 minutes or until zucchini are crisp tender. Add the tomato wedges, cover and cook until the squash are of desired tenderness.
