Ingredients For squash casserole

6 csliced yellow squash
-
1 cdiced celery
-
1/2 cchopped onions
-
1 can10 1/2 oz. cream of chicken soup

3/4 chalf & half
-
4 ozbuttered cracker, crushed

1/2 stickbutter
-
dashsalt & pepper to taste
How To Make squash casserole

1Simmer squash, celery, onions in water till tender. Drain add half & half to soup & pour over squash mixture.While still warm, Toss Lightly.

2Melt half the butter in casserole, Then layer of cracker crumbs, then a layer of squash mixture. Repeat crumbs & squash layers ending with crumbs on top.

3Dot with other half of butter. Bake at 375 for 30-35 mins.
