Ingredients For squash casserole

zucchini

large onion

mild cheddar cheese

sour cream

ritz crackers

salt and pepper
How To Make squash casserole

1Saute the onions, squash, and zucchini in butter until it is tender, and the squash may have caramelized some.

2Add sour cream and cheddar cheese to this mixture, add a pinch of salt and pepper.

3Put this in a casserole dish and top with Ritz Crackers, bake in a 350 degree oven just until crackers have turned a deep golden brown color.
