Ingredients For squash casserole

2 lbsquash, fresh

1 jarpimento

2 smonions, chopped

2 pkgprepared stuffing mix

1 csour cream
-
1 cancream of chicken soup

4 smcarrots, grated

1 stickbutter
How To Make squash casserole

1Cook squash in salted water and drain.

2Mash.

3Mix all other ingredients with squash except 1/2 stuffing mix.

4Mix half the stuffing mix with the butter.

5Line casserole dish with part of butter mix.

6Fill with filling and top with rest of butter mix.

7Cook 350 degree for 40 minutes.
