I can't remember where I found the recipe a few years ago. This has turned out to be a great way for my grandchildren to eat squash.

Ingredients For squash casserole

3 mdyellow squash

1 cancream of chicken or celery soup
-
1 boxstove top stuffing (cornbread flavor)

1 stickbutter
-
1 mdonion
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make squash casserole

1boil squash and onion until tender, drain, add butter and soup, mix well, add stuffing mix and 1/2 of the cheese, mix well, pour into sprayed or greased 2 qt casserole, sprinkle remaining cheese on top. bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 mins.
